The Colonial States College Hockey Conference (CSCHC) is an ACHA Division II ice hockey league based in the mid-Atlantic region of the US. The CSCHC (or "The Colonial) is made up of mid-sized colleges and universities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The league was formed so all members are on the same page on what direction they want their programs to go in. The league makes sense for the schools; being it has the right schools, a competitive balance, similar hockey budgets and resources. The conference also needed to be understood and treated right by the people who run the league. Those are things that are important to the conference and are foundations upon which the CSCHC were founded. [1]
