Collinsville, Ohio

Collinsville is an unincorporated community in southeastern Milford Township, Butler County, Ohio, United States. Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 45004.[1]

Collinsville was named for Charles Collins, a wagonmaker who bought the first townlot.[2]

It lies at the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and State Route 73. Collinsville has a distinct history regarding its population: The total population of the entire town has never exceeded 140 souls. Every ten years during the census – since 1950, the ending population has always been 140. Also, the entire town, is exactly one mile in circumference. The tallest building is a corn silo.
