College of Engineering, Kallooppara
College of Engineering, Kallooppara (CEK), located in the Sylvan hills of Pathanamthitta district, is an institution among the new generation of engineering colleges of South India. Ever since its inception under the aegis of the Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD - established by the government of Kerala) the college has already made its presence felt in the technical horizon of the state. The college is affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

CEK is dedicated to scientific advancement, technological progress and economic growth of the country through human resources development. CEK offers courses leading to four-year B.Tech. degrees in three branches:[1]
- Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
The degrees are awarded by Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Location
CEK is situated in the hills of Pathanamthitta district Kallooppara. The Thiruvalla railway station and bus station are 8 km from the college.[2]
