Coleophora impalella is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found in Hungary and southern Russia (Middle and Lower Volga).
The wingspan 14–15 mm. Adults have a white head, dorsally suffused with light yellow-grey. The scales are white behind the eye. The forewings and hindwings are white, sprinkled with grey scales mainly along the veins and at the apex. The fringes are white with basal light yellow-grey hue and white on the costa.[2] Adults were collected by sweeping plant vegetation in early May.
The larvae possibly feed on Aster species.
