Cold Frontier is a 2001 studio album by English acoustic roots duo Show of Hands. It was recorded early in 2001 in Countess Wear, Devon.

"Are We Alright" was re-recorded for their best of album, Roots: The Best of Show of Hands. The song itself has become a live staple of the duo. Steve Knightley considers this one of the band's better but lesser-known albums (under-rated)

The album has been greatly received with positive reviews.
