Coláiste Pobail Acla is a secondary school located in Currane Peninsula, in the west of Ireland, near Achill Island. The school was formed in 2011 when McHale College and Scoil Damhnait amalgamated. The new school is using McHale Colleges grounds and building. Barry Kilgannon was the principle until he left in 2013. The schools current principal is Anita Gallagher.
