Cohasset is known for its athletic program and also for its football, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse teams, which have all won league and state titles. Since then, East Bridgewater, Randolph, Monomoy, and Norwell have installed FieldTurf surfaces as well

Every year on Thanksgiving, Cohasset and Hull face off in the annual football game. Cohasset holds the Thanksgiving Day title.
