The Dark Blue Policeman (Coeliades bixana) is a butterfly of the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Guinea, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria (south), Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Angola, and Democratic Republic of Congo[3] The habitat consists of primary forests.

Larvae feed on Cassia species and Triaspis odorata.[3]
