Cochranella vozmedianoi is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family, endemic to Venezuela. Its local name is "ranita de cristal de Paria" (Paria Glass-frog). Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical forest lowland and rivers. Its conservation status is unclear.
