Cliniodes latipennis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Munroe in 1964.[1] It is found in southern Brazil, north to Minas Gerais.
The length of the forewings is 11–15 mm for males and 16.5–20 mm for females. The forewings are straw brown or yellowish orange with scattered black scales. The costa is orange and the antemedial line is black. The postmedial line consist of scattered black scales. The hindwings are uniform pale yellow. Adults have been recorded on wing in January, February, April, May and October.[2]
