Clifford Essex (1869–19??) was an English banjo player, music teacher, and musical instrument manufacturer throughout the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
Career
Essex manufactured banjos and mandolins, wrote books on playing the banjos, performed in various bands, and gave music lessons from 1883 until his death.[1]
In 1903 he founded BMG magazine which is still being published in England.[2]
