Classical Antiquity is a semiannual peer reviewed academic journal that focuses on all topics pertaining the classical antiquity period of Greece and Rome, published by University of California Press. It is published on behalf of the Department of Classics of the University of California, Berkeley. The editor-in-chief is Mark Griffith (University of California, Berkeley).
It was first published in 1982. It is currently published biannually. Classical Antiquity explores interdisciplinary research and discussion of major issues throughout the field of classics, including Greek and Roman literature, history, archaeology, art, philosophy and philology, from the Bronze Age through Late Antiquity.
