The Clark Memorial Hall is a commercial building located at 120–124 South Winter Street (M-52) in the Downtown Adrian Commercial Historic District in Adrian, Michigan. It was designated as a Michigan Historic Site and individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 14, 1985.[1][2]

Located at the corner of South Winter Street and Pearl Street at the end of a row of commercial buildings, the Clark Memorial Hall was built in 1888. The building's namesake came from Elihu L. Clark, who was a prominent banker in Adrian. As stipulated in his will, he donated a substantial amount of money for the Adrian Lodge of the Odd Fellowship — a branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows — to construct the building. For that reason, the hall is also known as the Adrian I.O.O.F. Hall, and their logo appears on the top of the building. In 1986, dwindling membership forced the building to be put up for sale. Today, it serves a variety of commercial businesses.[2]
