Cisthene juanita is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It was described by Barnes and Benjamin in 1925. It is found in southern Arizona.[1][2]
The length of the forewings 9–11 mm. Adults are on wing from August to mid-October. They have been found during the day on flowers of Baccharis salicifolia.
The larvae feed on algae and lichens.[3]
