Churaman Ahir

Churman or Churaman Ahir (चूरमन अहीर) was a commander of Gond garrison, who later became chief of an estate of 22 villages near Kamra or Kamor in Jabalpur district of modern Madhya Pradesh (India). This estate was granted to him by Raja Narin Sa (A.D. 1617-1727) of Garh Mandla.[1][2]
