Chris Clyde-Green (born 31 March 1986)[1] is an English stage and film actor, singer, musician, teacher and journalist born in Greenwich, London and brought up in Kent.

Early life

Green was born in Greenwich. Growing up in London, he attended Bexley Grammar School. He then attended Royal Holloway University followed by graduate studies at Homerton College, Cambridge. Green continued to perform during his studies at both universities. He was a member of the Cambridge University Amateur Dramatic Club.

He became involved in amateur theatre at the National Youth Theatre and the National Youth Music Theatre.[2] He also went to the Edinburgh Fringe festival and received positive reviews as Puck from A Midsummer Night's Dream.[3]
