Christinus guentheri is a species of lizard in the Gekkonidae (gecko) family. It is found at Australia islands, at the Norfolk and Lord Howe Island, and has a common name Lord Howe Island Southern Gecko.

The first description of the species was by Boulenger, in 1885, as Phyllodactylus guentheri.[1] The specific epithet commemorates the British-German zoologist Albert Günther.[2]

It is listed as vulnerable by the IUCN,[3] and by the Australian government's EPBC act.[4]
