Christine Pedi
Christine Pedi is a television and theatre actress, as well as a cabaret performer and radio personality.
Career
Pedi has appeared in four Broadway-theatre productions in New York City:
- Little Me; musical; 1998 revival[1]
- Funny Girl; musical; a 2002 one-night concert staging for The Actors' Fund[2]
- Talk Radio; play; 2007 original cast[1]
- Chicago; musical; beginning April 8, 2013
Pedi appeared in several Off Broadway in New York City in Forbidden Broadway.
Television work
She appeared as Karen Baccalieri in two episodes (2002) of the television series The Sopranos.
Other work
As a cabaret performer she has traveled with her show Great Dames, for which she won the 2008 Nightlife Award in Manhattan. She is also a disc jockey and radio host for The Broadway Breakfast with Christine Pedi and Dueling Divas (with co-host Seth Rudetsky), radio shows on the On Broadway channel on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio.[3]
Theatre awards nominations
She was nominated for a Drama Desk Award and an Ovation Award for her work in Forbidden Hollywood.[4]
