Christopher Bain is a Scottish actor and writer best known for playing Jason Mewes in a series of short biopics culminating in the feature film, Shooting Clerks.[1] He originally came to prominence, in his native Scotland, as Wee Mental Daz in a series of online faux docu-comedies.
Early life
Bain grew up in Edinburgh where he met Wee Mental Daz co-writer Lewis Brameld.
Career
He was cast as a young Jason Mewes in The Twelve Steps of Jason Mewes: Get Greedo by filmmaker Christopher Downie due to his success as Wee Mental Daz. Bain has also experimented with stand-up comedy and is a talented semi-professional swing singer.
