Chow Kon Yeow (simplified Chinese: 曹观友; traditional Chinese: 曹觀友; pinyin: Cáo Guānyǒu; born 14 November 1958) is a Malaysian politician. He is a member of the Executive Council of the state of Penang as Chairman of the Local Government Committee, and represents the seat of Padang Kota in the Penang State Assembly. From 1999 until 2013 he was the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Tanjong constituency in George Town, Penang.

Before entering politics, Chow was a journalist.[1]
