Cholai
Cholai is a beer made from rice, mahua, yeast etc.
Preparation
It is made with two earthen pot joined together. Lower pot is with full of yeast mixed rice/Jaggery (mixed before two days ago). Upper pot is empty and with a output tube. When lower pot is heated then vapour of 80% alcohol goes to upper pot and contact with cold air become "cholai" and come through output tube.[1]
