Chiuieşti (Hungarian: Pecsétszeg) is a commune in Cluj County, Romania. It is composed of seven villages: Chiuieşti, Dosu Bricii (Bricshát), Huta (Huta), Măgoaja (Hollómező), Strâmbu (Horgospataka), Valea Căşeielului (Kesiel) and Valea lui Opriş (Oprisvölgy).

Demographics

According to the census from 2002 there was a total population of 2,769 people living in this town. Of this population, 98.84% are ethnic Romanians, and 1.15% ethnic Romani.[4]
