Chiri Unuyuq (Quechua chiri cold, unu water, -yuq a suffix to indicate ownership,[2] "the one with cold water", hispanicized spelling Chiriunuyoc) is a mountain in the Willkanuta mountain range in the Andes of Peru, about 4,800 metres (15,748 ft) high. It is situated in the Cusco Region, Quispicanchi Province, Marcapata District, east of the lake Sinkrinaqucha. Chiri Unuyuq lies northwest of the mountains Jaqhichuwa, Kimsachata and Q'iwisiri.[1]
