Chiraghabad (literally means "city of lights" Urdu: چراغ آباد) is a town in Punjab province of Pakistan. It is situated at the southern boundary of Faisalabad District. The town is provided with M4 motorway Interchange.[1] The name of town predates partition of India. According to tradition it is named after some festival of Hindus living here before partition.
