Chionodes petalumensis is a species of moth in the family Gelechiidae.[1] It is found in California.[2]
Chionodes petalumensis caterpillars feed on oak leaves, including those of the Garry Oak (Quercus garryana)[3] and Valley Oak (Q. lobata).[4]
The species was first described from Petaluma, California.[5]
