Chester Inn

The Chester Inn was an inn on the Great Stage Road in Jonesborough, Tennessee. It was opened in 1797 by Dr. William P. Chester. It was the best hotel in the Tennessee frontier area.[1]

It is operated now as a Tennessee state historic site,[1] and is home to the International Storytelling Center, which hosts the annual National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough.

The Inn is located at 116 West Main Street in Jonesborough.
