Chelsea Olivia (born 29 July 1992), whose full name is Chelsea Olivia Wijaya, is an Indonesian actress and pop singer. Chelsea is the youngest of three siblings. Her maternal grandfather is an American original. She is also of a Chinese descent, coming from her father. This Chinese-Indonesian-American actress is also a former grader of acceleration in one of the leading high schools in South Jakarta. Chelsea graduated from high school at the age of 15 years.

Career

Early soap opera career

In her first foray in the world of modeling, Chelsea made an album for her children. Once incorporated into Indika Entertainment she got a soap opera role in Matahariku. She became publicly known since starring in the soap opera Cincin, after the offer to play soap operas and advertisements come to her. Her name is increasingly discussed after starring in Buku Harian Nayla.[1] Chelsea studies in SD Tarakanita, SMP St.Louis 1. and SMA 6 Jakarta.

Dabbled in movies and music

In addition to playing the soap opera, Chelsea, as a Christian, is busy singing with BBB (Bukan Bintang Biasa, Korean: 보통하지 별, Botong Hachi Byul), a Korean wave-type group singer made up from younger soap opera stars such as: Laudya Cynthia Bella, Raffi Ahmad, Dimas Beck dan Ayushita under the guidance of singer and songwriter Melly Goeslaw. The plan will also fill the BBB group's movie Soundtrack, entitled Bukan Bintang Biasa.[2]

The love story

The soap opera Buku Harian Nayla brings Glenn Alinskie, a new artist, to now become her lover. Glenn is reported to have officially datied Chelsea one day before the 15th anniversary on 28 July 2007, after her relationship with Ricky Harun.
