The Cheetham Hill Mob, also known as the Cheetham Hillbillies, are an organized crime group with origins in the Cheetham Hill neighborhood of Greater Manchester.[1][2]
In the early 1980s, the Cheetham Hillbillies were involved in a turf war with the Gooch Close Gang over the local drug trade.[1]
While the peak of their activities was in the 1990s and the beginning of the 2000s, 60 members are still active in the underworld of Manchester albeit more underground.[3]
