The Musical

The CKSS Musical is a major event in the CKSS School year. For over a decade Mr. Bruce Nelson directed the Musical. It is now directed by Mrs. Christine Baribeau.

Extracurricular activities

CKSS also sports an Improvisation team. The team holds try outs during the fall of each school year and competes in the annual Canadian Improv Games.

A recent addition to the many clubs offered at CKSS is the Interact Club. The interact club is a part of Rotary International. They partner with the Chatham Sunrise Rotary club, helping with their many fundraising projects. Everyone knows CKSS is known for their strong volleyball program, which is known as one of the best in the province.

Volleyball

CKSS is known for being one of the best Volleyball schools in Ontario. The boys have won 9 OFSAA championships and the girls have won 5 OFSAA championships. Volleyball is currently coached by the Leidl Brothers at the school, Mr. Brian Leidl and Mr. Tim Leidl. Mr. Randy Bartlett and Mr. Dale Lahey are former coaches at CKSS.
