Charmian Penelope Gooch (born 1965) is an anti-corruption campaigner who in 2014 was named on Bloomberg Markets' 50 Most Influential list.[1]
With Simon Taylor and Patrick Alley, she founded Global Witness in 1993 to investigate the link between natural resources, conflict, and corruption.[2]
