Charly Runciman (born 22 July 1993) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer for the St. George Illawarra Dragons of the National Rugby League. He primarily plays fullback, centre and wing.
Playing career
Born in Dubbo, New South Wales, Runciman played his junior football for St. Johns, Dubbo before being signed by the St. George Illawarra Dragons. He played for the Dragons' NYC team in 2012 and 2013.[1]
At the end of 2012, Runciman was named the Dragons' NYC Player of the Year.
In Round 16 of the 2013 NRL season, Runciman made his NRL debut for the Dragons against the Penrith Panthers.[2]
On 27 August 2013, Runciman was named at centre in the 2013 NYC Team of the Year.
Representative career
In 2011, Runciman played for the New South Wales CRL Under 18's team.
In 2013, Runciman played for the New South Wales U20's team.
