Charlie Jordan Evans
Charlie Evans, born Charlotte Jordan Evans, is a British actress and model, most notable for portraying Serena in the Nickelodeon UK sitcom Summer in Transylvania.
Personal life
Evans regularly attended dance classes taught within the Susan Robinson School of Dance, based in West Byfleet, whose notable alumni include Young British Dancer of the Year 2008 runner-up Laurettta Summerscales and Bolshoi Academy graduate Henry Perkins.[1][2] She attended Oakfield School in Pyrford, Surrey where numerous other dancers taught from Susan Robinson are educated.
Evans has a younger brother Joshua and lives in Surrey but regularly visits London. She is close friends with High School Musical 3: Senior Year actress Jemma McKenzie-Brown.
Career
Prior to appearing in Summer in Transylvania, Evans modelled for the BBC's Girl Talk magazine and has also appeared in various advertisements including a Nintendo DS television advert. In 2010, Evans was announced as a member of the main cast in the new television programme Summer in Transylvania.[3] She has generally received a positive response from viewers. Currently, Evans is a member of a pop group created by Geri Halliwell.[4][5]
