Charleville cheddar
Charleville Cheddar is an Irish cheese producer situated in Charleville, County Cork. It is part of the Golden Vale group. It is part of the so-called Irish cheese triangle (the other two companies being Mitchelstown and Wexford Cheddar). It works primarily in the production of red cheddar cheese.
