The Charles Magnuson Three-Decker is a historic triple decker at 56/58 Olga Avenue in Worcester, Massachusetts. The house was built c. 1912, and is a good local example of Colonial Revival styling. The asymmetrical main facade has a three-tier porch on the right, supported by square posts, and a rounded projecting window bay on the left. The gable end is fully pedimented; the roof cornice once had brackets, but these have been lost.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
