Charles E. Schmidt College of Science
The Charles E. Schmidt College of Science is an academic college of Florida Atlantic University located in Boca Raton, Florida, USA. The mission of the college "is to provide the benefits of scientific understanding to our students and the public through teaching, research and service."[1] As of 2012 the dean of the college was neuroscientist Dr. Gary W. Perry, who will be stepping down from this position in 2013; a search is currently underway to find his replacement.
