Yen Chiu-lai (Chinese: 張念中; pinyin: Zhāng Niànzhōng) is a politician in the Republic of China. He currently serves as the Deputy Minister of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration of the Executive Yuan since 16 January 2013.[1]

Dispatched labors in Taiwan
Commenting on the widespread use of dispatched labors in Taiwan which alleged to cause wage stagnation, Yen said that the banning of such practice would be difficult because the needs of reducing personnel costs.[2]
