Notes

  1. In 1998, the Champion's Cup was awarded to the winner of a best-of-three series. Philadelphia won the first two games 16-12 and 17-12, respectively.
  2. In 2014, the Champion's Cup Finals consisted of two games. The first was hosted by the lower seed and the second by the higher seed. If neither team won both games, a 10-minute mini-game was played immediately following the conclusion of Game 2; if still tied, 10-minute sudden death overtime periods thereafter. Calgary won Game 1, 10-7. Rochester won Game 2, 16-10. Rochester won the mini-game, 3-2.
