Challenges is a French language weekly business magazine headquartered in Paris, France.
History and profile
Challenges was established in 1982.[1] Le Nouvel Observateur Group is the owner and publisher of the magazine.[1][2] The company also owns Le Nouvel Observateur. Challenges offers articles on economy and business-related events and on politics and world affairs.[1][3]
The magazine is published on a weekly basis.[4] Formerly it was published biweekly.[5] It is based in Paris.[5]
Challenges was named as the Business Magazine of the Year in France in 2010.[4]
The circulation of Challenges was 260,020 copies in 2008.[3] The weekly had a circulation of 250,065 copies both in 2009[1] and in 2010.[2]
