Chalk Bluff, California

Chalk Bluff is a former settlement in Nevada County, California.^[1] Chalk Bluff is located 1.5 miles (2.4 km) east of Red Dog.^[1] It still appeared on maps as of 1873.^[1]

It was a mining camp started around 1850.^[1] All the residents moved to nearby Red Dog.^[1]
