Chak Tok Ich'aak I (died 16 January 378), also known as Great Paw, Great Jaguar Paw, Jaguar Paw III, and Toh Chak Ich'ak, was an early Maya king of Mutal (now known as Tikal).[1] He is one of Tikal's best known kings, with his name recorded on a number of ceramic pieces and a stela, with the possibility of a second stela also being attributed to him.[1]

Stela 39 was produced to commemorate the K'atun ending in 376 CE; it depicts the king standing upon a bound captive.[1] His palace, unusually, was never built over by later rulers, and was kept in repair for centuries as an apparent revered monument. Stela 31 from Tikal records that he died on the same day that Siyah K'ak' captured Tikal, probably killed by the Teotihuacano conquerors.[2]
