Ceredigion County Council election, 1999
The second election to the Ceredigion County Council was held on 6 May 1999.[1] It was preceded by the 1995 election and followed by the 2004 election.

Once again, the Independents were the largest group with a number of councillors elected unopposed

There were no boundary changes.
