Central Spine Road, Federal Routes 
and 
is a new highway under construction in the central of Peninsula Malaysia, Malaysia. It is a toll-free highway. The 325 km (201 miles) highway replaces the former 2-lane Gua Musang Highway and Karak-Tampin highway. The construction first starts on Package 3 which is from Merapoh to Kampung Relong. The reason why it starts there first because the Gua Musang Highway passes through Chegar Perah which is prone to roadkill. The highway had a long eco-viaduct built there. The next package that is to be built next will be Package 5 which is from the northern Raub till Karak which will connect it to the Karak Highway bypassing Bentong & Mempaga. This will also avoid the steep mountainous grade between Raub & Bentong.

Notable features
At most section, the Federal Route—was built under the JKR R5 road standard, allowing maximum speed limit of up to 90 km/h.
