CentraCare Health is a system of health care providers in Central Minnesota, United States. It comprises three hospitals, four senior care facilities, nearly a dozen clinics and numerous specialty care services. As of 2011, the system had 6,635 employees and 1,693 volunteers.[1]

St. Cloud Hospital

St. Cloud Hospital is a Catholic, not-for-profit hospital located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. It offers inpatient and outpatient services, including care for heart disease and cancer, preventive health screenings and behavioral health counseling.

The hospital has more than 4,300 employees, 400 physicians and 1,200 volunteers. It serves 690,000 people in a 12-county area and ranks among the top 100 hospitals in the United States in a number of indexes.[1]

CentraCare Health — Long Prairie

CentraCare Health — Long Prairie is a not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, clinic and 70-bed long-term care facility that provides health care services and access to a variety of specialists. The institution employs more than 260 people who serve nearly 18,000 residents in and around Todd County. The facility is located in Long Prairie, Minnesota.[2]

CentraCare Health — Melrose

CentraCare Health — Melrose is a not-for-profit clinic, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with an attached 75-bed nursing home and a 41-unit senior apartment building and assisted living complex. It offers health care services and access to specialists on the medical campus in Melrose, Minnesota. The institution employs more than 270 people and serves 10,000 residents in and around western Stearns County.[3]

CentraCare Clinic

CentraCare Clinic operates seven clinics in five Central Minnesota communities. CentraCare Clinic consists of more than 265 providers who practice in more than 25 medical specialties and offer outreach services in 40 communities. CentraCare Clinic sites include Becker, Big Lake, St. Cloud, Sauk Centre, and St. Joseph, Minnesota.[1]

St. Benedict's Senior Community

St. Benedict's Senior Community is a not-for-profit leader in health care and housing for older adults. Its care center provides nursing services, including short stay and hospice care, as well as services for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other memory-loss conditions. Senior housing options, including retirement, assisted living and income-based apartments, are available.

St. Benedict's has locations in both St. Cloud and Monticello, Minnesota.[4][5]

CentraCare Health Foundation

CentraCare Health Foundation engages the philanthropic community in partnership to improve health and health care. The Foundation accepts charitable contributions for all CentraCare Health System entities and on average, gives more than $250,000 per year in grants throughout Central Minnesota.[6][7]
