Cefn Meiriadog (sometimes Cefnmeriadog) is a village and a community in Denbighshire, Wales, just south of the City of St Asaph.[2] The boundary of the village on three sides is the river Elwy.

"Cefn" in Welsh means the side of a hill; St Meiriadog was a 5th Century saint. Cefn Caves are nearby, where human and early Neanderthal remains dating back 250,000 years have been discovered. Visitors to the site have included Charles Darwin, in 1831.[3]

In 2011 the population of Cefnmeiriadog was 382 with 30.4% able to speak Welsh.
