Cecilia Gyan Amoah
Cecilia Gyan Amoah (born 26 October 1947) is a Ghanaian diplomat and politician.
Career
A career educater, Amoah began teaching English in Ghana in 1967. She also has taught in Lesotho, Swaziland (where she lectured part-time at the University of Swaziland) and Botswana. In 2000, she left the education field and returned to Ghana to enter politics. She won the Asutifi South Constituency during the 2000 parliamentary elections as part of the New Patriotic Party.
