Cecil O'Donnell (born June 10, 1944) is a Canadian politician in Shelburne, Nova Scotia. He was born in East Jeddore, Nova Scotia.[1]
O'Donnell is currently the Councillor for District 4 in the Municipality of Barrington. He was the Member of the Legislature for Shelburne from 1999 to 2006.[2][3] His 1999 election is notable for having been won by a tie-breaking vote by the elections officer, when he tied with the inclumbent Liberal Clifford Huskilson at 3260 votes each.[4][5][6]
