Cecelia ("Cee Cee") Wolstenholme (18 May 1915 1968) was an English breaststroke swimmer who competed for Great Britain in the 1932 Summer Olympics.

She was born in Withington, Manchester and was the older sister of Beatrice Wolstenholme.

In 1932 she was eliminated in the first round of the 200 metre breaststroke event.

At the British Empire Games in 1930 she won the gold medal in the 200 yards breaststroke competition.
