Cathy Podewell (born January 26, 1964) is an American actress, known for playing the role of Cally Harper Ewing on Dallas.[1]

Life and career

Catherine Ann Podewell was born in Evanston, Illinois and graduated the University of California in Santa Barbara.[2]

Podewell best known for playing Cally Harper Ewing, the second wife of the character J. R. Ewing, on Dallas from 1988 to 1991. Podewell also appeared in the 1988 horror film Night of the Demons. She also had guest appearances on television series, including Murder, She Wrote, Beverly Hills, 90210, Walker, Texas Ranger and Growing Pains.

Podewell married to Steven Glueck since 1989. The couple had 3 children and she has not acted since 1995. In 2013 she reprised her role of Cally Harper Ewing in TNT's Dallas.[3]
