Catherine Breen is an American politician from Maine. Breen, a Democrat from Falmouth, Maine, represents District 25 in the Maine Senate. District 25 encompasses part of Cumberland County, Maine including the towns of Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, Gray, Long Island, Chebeague Island and a portion of Westbrook.
Breen served for six years on the Falmouth Town Council (2005 to 2011) prior to her election to the Maine Senate. She replaced unenrolled state senator Richard Woodbury, who did not seek re-election.[1]
Breen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and a Masters of Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
