Catalan Haute cuisine
Catalan Haute cuisine, also called "signature cuisine", "high cuisine", "creative cuisine" or "avant-garde cuisine", is the Catalan adaptation of the concept haute cuisine, a label which referred to the greatest French restaurants and hotels during the 70s and 80s, and still used in some gastronomic guides such as the Michelin Guide or the Restaurant magazine.[1]
